Daniel
7:1-7
(1)
In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and
visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the
sum of the matters. (2) Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by
night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven
strove upon the great sea. (3) And four
great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from
another. (4) The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld
till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the
earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was
given to it. (5) And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth
of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise,
devour much flesh. (6) After this I beheld, and lo another, like a
leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast
had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. (7) After this I saw
in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible,
and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and
brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it
was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten
horns.
Four
Winds of the Heaven strove or stirred up the sea.
Zechariah
also heard about the FOUR WINDS.
Zechariah
6:1-5
(1)
And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there
came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains
were mountains of brass. (2) In the first chariot were red
horses; and in the second chariot black
horses; (3) And in the third chariot white
horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled
and bay horses. (4) Then I answered and said unto
the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? (5) And the
angel answered and said unto me, These are the four
spirits of the heavens, which go forth from
standing before the Lord of all the earth.
{spirits:
or, winds}
The white,
red, black and grisled and bay horses were the FOUR SPIRITS OF THE
HEAVENS.
Daniel
7:2
(2) Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by
night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven
strove upon the great sea.
Where else do
we read of these FOUR winds, or these four horses?
Revelation
6:1-8
(1)
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it
were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
(2) And I saw, and behold a white horse:
and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and
he went forth conquering, and to conquer. (3) And when he had opened
the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. (4) And
there went out another horse that was red:
and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the
earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto
him a great sword. (5) And when he had opened the third seal, I heard
the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a
black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of
balances in his hand. (6) And I heard a voice in the midst of the four
beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of
barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. (7) And
when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth
beast say, Come and see. (8) And I looked, and behold a
pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death,
and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the
fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with
death, and with the beasts of the earth.
So, Four
BEASTS rose up from the sea, as a result of the FOUR WINDS of hell.
There
were four world powers to rise up.
-
Belshazzar
was king of Babylon.
-
That
would be the first.
-
A
LION.
-
Babylon's
symbol was a lion, because on the architecture of the City were LIONS
with eagles' wings and a man's head.
-
After
Babylon came
MEDO-PERSIA and GREECE.
-
In
fact, these two following kingdoms are listed as follows:
Daniel
8:20-21
(20)
The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media
and Persia. (21) And the rough goat is the king of Grecia:
and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king.
DANIEL
FORETOLD THEY WOULD RISE AFTER BABYLON, BEFORE BABYLON EVER FELL!
The
FOURTH BEAST was not identified by name like the first three were.
-
But
ROME came
after them, and was the fourth beast.
-
Babylon
was like a LION.
-
Medo-Persia
was like a BEAR.
-
Greece
was like a LEOPARD.
-
And
the fourth beast was more terrible than all of them.
It was FOUR
WINDS that rose up.
Daniel
7:7
(7)
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast,
dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron
teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with
the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before
it; and it had ten horns.
And by the
time the NEW TESTAMENT times started, ROME, THAT FOURTH BEAST, was in
power and had control over Israel.
-
It
was ISRAEL
working with ROME that crucified Jesus Christ.
-
Israel
rode upon ROME and USED ROME to crucify Jesus Christ.
-
They
cried out to Pilate, the ROMAN GOVERNOR, to crucify Jesus.
-
Pilate
did not want to.
-
So
he sought to release Jesus to them, by reminding them they could
release one prisoner.
-
And
since Barrabbas was a murderer, and a prisoner, too, he figured they
would let Pilate release Jesus for sure.
-
But
they told him to release Barrabbas instead and crucify Jesus.
And Jesus
warned JERUSALEM of her
wickedness.
After
Jesus rode into Jerusalem in Matthew 21, He was rejected by the people,
and all He spoke about were parables of how God's Kingdom would turn to
Gentiles instead of Israel.
Matthew
23:29-38
(29)
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the
tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
(30) And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not
have been partakers with them in the blood of the
prophets. (31) Wherefore ye be witnesses unto
yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
(32) Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
(33) Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the
damnation of hell? (34) Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets,
and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify;
and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute
them from city to city: (35) That upon you may come
all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from
the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias,
whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. (36) Verily I say unto
you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
(37) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and
stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered
thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her
wings, and ye would not! (38) Behold, your house is left unto you
desolate.
He said that
a cup was filled up by Jerusalem of His day.
-
Since
Abel, righteous blood had been shed.
-
And
throughout the years the cup was filling up with innocent blood shed by
crooked and wicked people.
-
But
when Jesus was ready to be crucified by Jerusalem,
using ROME, He told them that they FILLED the cup.
-
Enough
was enough.
-
They
filled up what their forefathers did in slaying innocent people.
-
And
Jesus said He would have protected them, like a hen protecting her
chickens from the destruction.
-
But
THAT CITY WAS TOLD THAT ITS HOUSE WAS LEFT DESOLATE.
-
And
THAT GENERATION would experience it.
A generation
in the Bible is 40 years.
FOUR WINDS
STIRRED UP THE FOUR BEASTS.
Revelation
7:1-4
(1)
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners
of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth,
that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any
tree. (2) And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the
seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four
angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, (3) Saying,
Hurt not the earth, neither
the sea, nor the trees, till
we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
(4) And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were
sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the
children of Israel.
The four
winds were ready to blow on the earth and sea and HURT THEM.
-
But
an angel cried out that the four winds should not blow until the
servants of God were sealed.
-
144,000's
(not 144,000) were sealed.
-
And
the seal went on their foreheads.
The SAME FOUR
WINDS THAT STIRRED UP THE FOUR BEASTS TO RISE.
-
And
when we read Revelation 7 this is New Testament times.
-
Daniel
wrote during BABYLON'S
reign, before Medo-Persia and Greece rose.
-
But
John wrote AFTER those three were long gone, and the FOURTH ONE STOOD.
-
ROME.
Revelation
13:1-2
(1)
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of
the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten
crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. (2) And the beast
which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a
bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his
power, and his seat, and great authority.
John saw the
FOURTH BEAST RISE with all the marks of the first three, from Daniel 7.
-
Recall
that Jerusalem
USED ROME to crucify Jesus.
-
And
we read about a FOURTH BEAST rise in Revelation 13 after the four winds
blow in Revelation 7.
-
Then
in Revelation 17 we read:
Revelation
17:1
(1)
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and
talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the
judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
Revelation
17:3
(3)
So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw
a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast,
full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
This woman
SAT ON A BEAST with seven heads and ten horns.
-
Daniel
7:7's fourth beast also had ten horns.
-
And
that was ROME.
-
The
woman is upon the beast JUST LIKE JERUSALEM
USED ROME TO CRUCIFY JESUS.
-
Pilate
was a ROMAN and was urged by Jerusalem to
kill Jesus.
Revelation
17:5-6
(5)
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (6) And I saw the
woman drunken with the blood of the saints,
and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus:
and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
This WOMAN is
drunk with the blood of saints and the martyrs of Jesus, just like
Jesus told Jerusalem that they filled the CUP of all the shed blood
first shed since Abel was killed, when they were ready to crucify
Jesus, Himself, in Matthew 23:.
But
in 70 AD, ROME turned against Jerusalem and destroyed Jerusalem later
on.
Revelation
17:16
(16)
And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate
the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her
flesh, and burn her with fire.
BACK TO
REVELATION 13.
When
Jerusalem was destroyed in THAT generation, IN THOSE 40 YEARS after
Jesus prophesied to them about it, it was in 70 AD when the siege
began.
Revelation
13:5
(5)
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and
blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty
and two months.
The devil
gave power to ROME for 3.5
years to DESTROY JERUSALEM.
-
He
gave GREAT AUTHORITY to ROME, and
gave it all the powers all the other kingdoms he started had.
-
Rome
was the FOURTH BEAST of Daniel 7 that rose from the sea after the FOUR
WINDS STROVE upon it.
-
And
ROME
destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD.
-
And
took 42 months to do it!
-
The
four winds were ready to move in Revelation 7, but angels held them
back until God protected and sealed HIS CHURCH, the 144,000s (plural in
Greek).
Revelation
13:2
(2)
And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as
the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the
mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and
great authority.
-
The
above is a direct reference to ROME being
the FOURTH BEAST of Daniel 7, which had the characteristics of the
first THREE BEASTS in Daniel 7.
-
And
the BEAST issued a MARK to everyone.
-
On
the right hand or forehead.
-
That
was not a computer chip.
-
Computer
chips will never be the mark of the beast.
-
If
you're looking for that, then you are far off the real issue.
And the BEAST
was given power to DESTROY THE CHURCH.
Revelation
13:5-7
(5)
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and
blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty
and two months. (6) And he opened his mouth in
blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and
them that dwell in heaven. (7) And it was given unto
him to make war with the saints, and to overcome
them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and
nations.
But those
four WINDS might have been used to stir up a BEAST called ROME to
destroy God's CHURCH, but after all this BEAST'S MARKS and blasphemies
and persecutions, we read in chapter 14....
Revelation
14:1-3
(1)
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood
on the mount Sion, and with him
an hundred forty and four thousand, having his
Father's name written in their foreheads. (2) And I
heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the
voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with
their harps: (3) And they sung as it were a new song before the throne,
and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that
song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed
from the earth.
A group is
STANDING and they are STANDING ON A ROCK SO HUGE IT IS A MOUNTAIN
CALLED ZION.
-
And
they don't have the MARK OF THE BEAST in their foreheads, but they have
the SEAL OF GOD in their foreheads.
-
And
that seal is THE FATHER'S NAME.
Back in
Revelation 7, before the four winds even blew on the sea to raise ROME
up, an angel cried to the four angels holding the four winds to wait
and not release the winds until the people of God were sealed in their
foreheads IN PROTECTION.
-
That
seal was there because they DID THE WILL OF THE FATHER.
-
Their
lives STOOD ON A ROCK like a wise man's house built on a rock, that
withstood the rains and the floods and the "WINDS".
Instead of
the CHURCH destroyed, Jerusalem alone was
destroyed.
-
When
the Christians saw Jerusalem
encompassed about with armies, they fled just like Jesus told them to
do in Matthew 24.
-
And
NOT ONE CHRISTIAN was slain by ROME's
destruction of Jerusalem.
-
And
that city Jerusalem,
that slew Christ using ROME, was like the HARLOT who rode upon the
beast but was later destroyed by that very beast and burned with fire.
Revelation
17:16
(16)
And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate
the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her
flesh, and burn her with fire.
Revelation
18:5-6
(5)
For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her
iniquities. (6) Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto
her double according to her works: in the cup which
she hath filled fill to her double.
Revelation 11
says that the holy city was to be trodden by gentiles for 42 months.
Revelation
11:2
(2)
But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it
not; for it is given unto the Gentiles:
and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty
and two months.
Daniel said
the fourth beast, after Greece, would rise and stamp the residue with
his feet.
Daniel 7:7
(7)
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a
fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong
exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in
pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it:
and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had
ten horns.
This is the
TREADING UNDER FOOT of Revelation 11:2.
And two witnesses prophesy and are slain and lay in
Jerusalem.
Revelation
11:8
(8)
And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the
great city, which spiritually is
called
Sodom
and Egypt,
where also our Lord was crucified.
Jerusalem is called
"THE GREAT CITY."
-
It
was spiritually called SODOM.
-
It
was spiritually called EGYPT.
-
But
it is also called something else.
-
Jerusalem,
the great city is....
Revelation
14:8
(8)
And there followed another angel, saying,
Babylon
is fallen, is fallen, that great city,
because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her
fornication.
What great
city?
And that is
written in the same chapter where we read that 144,000 stood on MOUNT
ZION, with the Father's NAME in their foreheads.
The winds may
blow upon you, but if you do the will of the Father, you will enter the
safety of His Kingdom, and be alright.
Revelation
14:1
(1)
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an
hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in
their foreheads.
Their
Father's name was on their foreheads.
They were on
a ROCK, standing.
-
They
were on a mountain -- a kingdom.
-
Mountains
represent Kingdoms.
-
When
the rock struck Nebuchadnezzar's image at the feet and grew into a
mountain, Daniel said it meant that God set up a KINGDOM that shall
never be destroyed.
-
The
gates of Hell would not prevail against it.
-
The
winds would not blow it down.
-
Everything
would be shaken, but it will not be removed.
Daniel 2:44
(44)
And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a
kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be
left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all
these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
The forehead
represents the WILL.
Ezekiel 3:7-9
(7)
But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee; for they will not
hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and
hardhearted.
{impudent...: Heb. stiff of forehead, and hard of heart}
(8) Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy
forehead strong against their foreheads. (9) As an adamant harder than
flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at
their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
IMPUDENT
actually means STIFF OF FOREHEAD.
-
Stubborn-willed.
-
Will
not change their wills.
-
But
God would make Ezekiel's forehead harder, so as to not change his mind
against their wills to resist God.
To have the
NAME OF THE FATHER on the forehead is to be a person that does the WILL
of the FATHER and not one's own will.
Matthew
23:37
(37)
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,
thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto
thee, how often would I have gathered thy children
together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens
under her wings, and ye would not!
Jesus would
have GATHERED JERUSALEM TOGETHER into protection.
-
But
they were left to destruction.
-
He
"WOULD" have gathered them.
-
"WOULD"
in the KJV means "TO WILL".
-
But
they "WOULD NOT"
-
They
did not desire HIS WILL.
-
And
to not desire God's will is to build on sand that when the he storm
comes, the FOOL'S HOUSE FALLS.
Matthew
23:38
(38)
Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
But we read
this about the CHURCH.
Matthew
24:31
(31)
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they
shall gather together his elect from the four winds,
from one end of heaven to the other.
The
angels GATHER his elect from the FOUR WINDS.
-
They
are protected.
-
He
would have protected
Jerusalem from Rome, but they rejected Him, filled up the cup of blood
that their forefathers began to fill.
-
So
He protected the Church, His elect.
-
Not
one Christian was killed in the destruction of Jerusalem
by Rome, because the Christians remembered Jesus' words:
Luke
21:20-24
(20)
And when ye shall see
Jerusalem
compassed with armies,
then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. (21) Then let
them which are in Judaea
flee to the mountains;
and let them which are in the midst of it depart out;
and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. (22) For
these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may
be fulfilled. (23) But woe unto them that are with child, and to them
that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the
land, and wrath upon this people. (24) And they
shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be
led away captive into all nations: and
Jerusalem
shall be trodden down of the Gentiles,
until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
This
was fulfilled in 70 AD, and the Christians all fled
Jerusalem, and not a one of them were killed!
Jesus
said to rebellious
Jerusalem that all the wrath poured out upon them, due to their filling
of the cup of blood, would be fulfilled in THAT generation.
Matthew
23:35-36
(35)
That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth,
from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of
Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. (36) Verily I
say unto you, All these things shall come upon this
generation.
And
He repeated that in Matthew 24.
Matthew
24:34
(34)
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not
pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
That
is not talking about a future generation.
-
It
is talking about the generation Jesus spoke to.
-
A
generation is FORTY YEARS.
-
And
after Jesus was crucified, 40 years later, Rome
destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD.
Jesus
carried His cross up
Golgotha, and women wept for him. Read what he said.
Luke
23:27-30
(27)
And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which
also bewailed and lamented him. (28) But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters
of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep
for yourselves, and for your children. (29) For,
behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are
the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never
gave suck. (30) Then shall they begin to say to the
mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
Weep
for yourselves and you children.
-
YOUR
GENERATION.
-
Daughters
OF JERUSALEM.
They
would see Rome come to conquer, and would cry for the mountains and
hills to fall on them.
Revelation 6:12-17
(12)
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal,
and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun
became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
(13) And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree
casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. (14)
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and
every mountain and island were moved out of their places. (15) And the
kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief
captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman,
and every free man, hid
themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; (16)
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us,
and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from
the wrath of the Lamb: (17) For the great day of his wrath is come; and
who shall be able to stand?
This
sixth seal, where the sun is said to turn black and the moon to blood
is also noted in Matthew 24, where prophesied of
Jerusalem's destruction in 70 AD.
Matthew
24:29-31
(29)
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the
sun be darkened, and the moon
shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall
from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: (30) And
then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall
all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man
coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (31) And he
shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather
together his elect from the four winds, from one
end of heaven to the other.
Jesus
said this in reference to PROTECTING THE CHURCH by gathering them from
the four winds, when He would not GATHER TOGETHER
Jerusalem and protect them, due to their rejection of Him.
The
four winds cannot hurt you if you stand on the rock!
The
angels gathered the elect from the FOUR WINDS.
-
In
this same chapter of Matthew 24, Jesus actually lists the FOUR WINDS in
the same order they are listed in Revelation 6.
-
Recall
that when Zechariah saw the four horses that John saw in Revelation 6,
that they were called the FOUR WINDS.
WHITE
HORSE - FALSE PROPHETS (There were more false Prophets in Jesus' day
because Daniel 9 prophesied the time when Messiah would come.
False Prophets knew of that, and masqueraded as Christ).
Matthew
24:4-6
(4)
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive
you. (5) For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall
deceive many. (6) And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see
that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but
the end is not yet.
Revelation
6:2
(2)
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow;
and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to
conquer.
RED HORSE
– WARS
Matthew
24:7
(7)
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and
there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers
places.
Revelation
6:4
(4)
And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to
him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should
kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
BLACK HORSE
– FAMINE
Matthew
24:7-8
(7)
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and
there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers
places. (8) All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Revelation
6:5-6
(5)
And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say,
Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on
him had a pair of balances in his hand. (6) And I heard a voice in the
midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three
measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the
wine.
PALE HORSE
– DEATH
Matthew 24:9
(9)
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and
ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
Revelation
6:8
(8)
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was
Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over
the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and
with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
And Jesus
later referred to delivering His elect from the FOUR WINDS in Matthew
24:31.
Matthew
24:13
(13)
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Some ask why
this PAST AND HISTORICAL REFERENCE is in the book of Revelation if it
is not future.
-
It
is there because God is showing us that if He could keep and protect
the church no matter what winds would come, then He can keep us no
matter what happens!
-
Praise
God!
-
YOU
ARE SAFE IN HIM.
-
Safe
from the winds.
-
They
can blow all they want, but they cannot blow our stedfastness away.
-
The
great issue of Jesus being Messiah was rejected by Jerusalem, and they
could have been saved from wrath, but they crucified Him and reaped the
whirlwind in 70 AD.
-
But
the CHURCH is TRIUMPHANT!
-
Jerusalem
fell and never was rebuilt again until 1948.
-
GREAT
WAS THE FALL of the house on the sand!
-
But
the Church has been thriving ever since it started in around 33 AD on
the day of Pentecost.
-
It
never fell.
-
It
never will fall!
Do not fret
about troubles that you think you cannot endure.
